先週の月曜日のキノコの話を追いかけようと思って調べていたら、オランダの Wageningen University & Reseach（読み方はワーヘニンゲン）がひっかかりました。

ここは、大学と官民の研究所が合体して運営されているようで、農業分野での大学世界ランキングでは1位です。

「農業」の項目がないランキングもあります。下記のランキングは有名ですが、農業のページはちょっと英国に偏っているように見えます。

Wageningen University & Reseachも当然キノコの研究もしています。オランダは植物工場なども先頭を切っていましたが、ここが関係しているかもしれません。ちょっと見たところかなり面白い研究教育環境があるようです。組織や運営について調べながら、余裕があればキノコについても見てみましょう。日本では、鳥取大学、千葉大学、帝京大学などにキノコ関係の研究所/センターがあります。
