「打設（だせつ）」という工程のようです。しっかり押し固めることで強度を出すとのことです。気泡を抜くのが大切ではないかと思います。固まるまでに1週間だそうです。工程管理がたいへんそうですね。
木などの枠を使ってその中に流し込むのですが、「うちっぱなしコンクリート壁」では、枠を固定する棒状の道具が埋まっているところが丸い周期的な穴になっているようです。
ホームセンターで一番安い木の板はコンクリート枠用ですが、防腐剤などが入っていてsick house 症候群を起こす可能性があるので部屋に使ってはいけないと言われました。
