金曜日の「知識創造企業」5回目は3章後半です。前半に説明された４段階のスパイラル
(1)暗黙知の共同化 (2) 暗黙知から形式知への表出 (3) 形式知の連結 (4) 形式知の内面化により個々人の暗黙知へ
をどのように組織として実現するか、という問題への解答です。
組織として知識創造を意図すること、自治、多彩なバックグラウンドの人を集めたチーム、揺らぎと創造的混沌、重複、必須多様性、
だそうです。最後の必須多様性(requisite variety)は、本書には書いていないですが、アシュビーの法則「複雑な環境に対応するには同じくらい複雑なシステムが必要である」というのがあります。
数学的証明は困難ですが、おそらく真理でしょう。

実際にどう進むかについいては、5段階モデルを提出しています。
(1)暗黙知を共有する(2)概念を作り出す(3)概念の有効性を示す（justify concept)(4)原型を作る(5)他分野との関係を調べる
いずれも説得力があります。
いろいろな日本企業の例をあげていますが、成功した新商品の開発チームの人数と構成の表が興味深いです。
NECのパソコンPC-8001やキヤノンのAE-1などがあがっていますが、11人から30人の少数チームで、R&D(研究側）が5～18人、製造が3~10人、営業や市場調査が1～8人、計画・サービス・品質保証（quality control）の人が入っています。
構成メンバーの学歴も、例えばコピー機の場合、教育学部、商学部、機械工学、電子工学など多彩です。
英語は、本文から重要単語を拾います。
sharing tacit knowledge 暗黙知を共有する
justifying concept 有効性を示す、と訳してみました。通常の「正当化する」、ではちょっとおかしいです
archetype アーキタイプは 普通は「原型」と訳すと思います。心理学用語でもあります。
cross-leveling of knowledge cross-leveling は「横断測量」ですが、ここでは他分野との位置関係を調べることを指すと思います。

“Concepts are created cooperatively in this phase through dialogue. Autonomy helps team members to diverge their thinking freely, with intention serving as a tool to converge their thinking in one direction. To create concepts, team members have to rethink their existing premises fundamentally. Requisite variety helps the team in this regard by providing different angles or perspectives for looking at a problem. Fluctuation and chaos, either from the outside or inside, also help members to change their way of thinking fundamentally. Redundancy of information enables team members to understand figurative language better and to crystallize their shared mental model.
