金曜日はここしばらく企業会計を解説したいと思っていますが、今週も準備が間に合わないので、最近通勤中に読んだ（聴いた）本から。「超加速経済アフリカ: ＬＥＡＰＦＲＯＧで変わる未来のビジネス地図 椿 進 (著)」
キャッシュレス経済やインフルエンサーによる広告が進んでいるのが印象的です。銀行がないため、スマホの通信会社が銀行の代わりになっているようで、たくさんのキャッシュカード・ポイントカード等持ち歩かなくて済むので確かに合理的です。また、マイナンバー一つですべてが処理できるのも便利そうです。アフリカでの数少ない日本の会社の成功例としてカネカロン（1957年開発、アクリロニトリルと塩化ビニルの共重合体、染色や熱によるカールが可能）によるウィッグがとりあげられています。ナイロビのOLは髪の手入れに収入の20%を使っているとのこと。アフリカの女性は髪をほめられると喜ぶそうです。下記によると1960-70年代の人工毛ブームからしつこく続けていた２社の１つだそうで、古い製品が急成長する市場に展開できたのはビジネスとして醍醐味でしょうね。
