今週の孫子は、13章用間篇(The use of spies)からです。人から情報をとることの重要性を説いています。現代で言う、情報機関におけるhumint (ヒューミント、human+intelligence)ですね。これまではhumintが重要とされてきましたが、ポストコロナの時代にどうなるかは興味深いです。
「故明君賢将、所以動而勝人、成功出於衆者、先知也。 先知者不可取於鬼神、不可象於事、不可駿於度。必取於人、知敵之情者也。」
