RUSIのweb siteは読みごたえがあります。また、講義や解説のyoutubeがたくさん貼り付けてあるので、時間がある時にじっくり見たいですね。文字のほうが短時間に情報を得ることができるので効率はいいですが、研究所の人が話しているのも面白いです。今日は、ちょっと意外だった下記を読んでみましょう。

ウクライナでゼレンスキー政権が2020年からギャンブルを合法化してランクの高いホテルで行えるようにした結果、最初はロシア系の非合法ギャンブルが合法化されてロシアの影響力が増えましたが、2022年にロシアの関与を排除することができ、運営を健全化することで政府の収益が急激に増えたという内容です。国土の一部では戦争をしていますが他の部分ではギャンブルをする生活が維持できているというのは意外でした。
