だいぶコロナは落ち着いてきたので、生活リズムを整えて
復帰の準備をしましょう。皆さんの大部分は単語を詰め込むべき
段階なので、なるべくこのメールは続けたいと思います。
単語を覚えたら（覚えながらでも）多読多聴が効果的です。
好きなジャンルの普通の本をきちんと単語を引いて読み通してしまうことです。
あとは海外のニュースサイトで音声を聞くなど、10分でも習慣化すると変わります。
書く方は早く論文で！
